COVID VACCINATIONS


SouthCentral Church of Christ will be a Covid-19 vaccination site on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 9:30 am- 12 noon. 

You must register by sending your full name and phone information to our church Executive Director at ploftin@sctyler.com ASAP! No phone calls accepted.

Priority is being given to:
  •  tier 1b; 
  • age 65 and older; 
  • 16 and older with pre-existing conditions. 

 If there are any additional questions, you are urged to call the office of Smith County Commissioner JoAnn Hampton at (903) 590-4605
